Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Securely
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond grading certificates.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
